Convention Specific Information

Do you plan to spend time in Atlanta prior to and/or after SSNC?*

*This question has been asked for general knowledge of conference attendee plans and not to offer any additional funding for extended stays in Atlanta. Should you choose to extend your stay, you should plan to use personal funds to absorb any additional lodging and transportation costs beyond our designated Thursday to Sunday travel window.

During the Threads portion of SSNC19, Scholars will divide into groups with defined topics. Threads will include relevant activities, such as: lectures, tours, and small group discussions. This year, Service Challenge activities will be paired with each Thread topic. More information to come as these activities are still being confirmed.

Registration and Cancellation Fee Terms

By checking this box, I confirm that I will be attending the Stamps Scholars National Convention 2019. In the event that my plans change, I will notify the SSNC19 Planning Committee by email at immediately.

By checking this box, I understand that there will be a fee for anyone who drops out for a non-emergency reason. This will be prorated, however. The fee for cancellations will be Feb. 1-28 ($200), Mar. 1-31 ($300), April 1 and later ($400).
